Speed Terms of Service

  1. Follow all discord community guidelines and TOS.

  2. Spam
    Any type of spam inside members messages or discord channels in this server is not allowed.
  3. Advertising
    Advertising is not allowed in this server, DM advertising, advertising in channels or "Name Advertising" is not allowed.
    (Name advertising means that you can't use methods to be on top of the member list to advertise your profile, we will change your name if you do it)
  4. Mentioning Other Services
    Do not mention other services in our members messages or discord channels.
  5. False Information
    Don't spread false information/lies to our members, if you need to clear something regarding our services please contact owner or staff.
  6. Tickets
    Don't open multiple tickets or spam ping staff in tickets to get our attention.
  7. Refunds
    No refund possible. If you have not read the requirements for the product and how it works, we will not refund you anything, sometimes a replacement is possible, but this only applies if the owner himself agrees to this. If you own a store, rebrand or panel and we notice something that violates our ToS, we reserve the right to remove your store, rebrand or panel.
  8. Chargebacks
    No chargebacking. Chargebacking will result in a permanent blacklist and a ban
  9. Keysharing
    Trying to sell or share your license will result in banned key & blacklist.
  10. PayPal payments
    If u don´t send as FRIENDS & FAMILY ur not getting ur product.
  11. Adjustments
    The Owner of Speed reserve himself the right to adjust and/or edit the ToS at any given time or situation.
  12. Rebrands/Panels
    If u have purchased a rebrand or panel it does not mean u can gen 100x lifetime keys etc etc. This will result in a warning. 2 Warnings = Panel Revoke
  13. Posted/Exposed
    If u as a RESELLER gets posted for: Ratting, scamming etc. we will remove ur panel/rebrand and then we need to get everything we need to either fully remove panel or give it back.
  14. Cracking/Dumping
    If we caught u trying to dump or crack any of our products u will be banned and key will be revoked. What do we log from u if we caught u? User ID, IP, HWID etc
